Hey family, welcome!
I’m so excited you’re here because today we’re kicking off with a brand-new series called Times and Seasons. This series was born out of a revelation the Holy Spirit gave me. He said:
“Time is a factor and not a denominator. It can’t exist on its own but becomes part of us.”
Introduction to the Series: Times and Seasons
Now, I know that sound deep, but here’s what it means: time isn’t meant to control us. It’s not supposed to define who we are or limit what God can do in our lives. Instead, time is something God uses—a tool, a factor—that helps shape us into who He’s called us to be.
In this series, we’re going to unpack what the Bible says about times and seasons. Together we’ll look at:
- The signs of the times
- The end of time and the signs of the end
- How to discern the season you are in
- How to align your steps with God’s eternal will
Whether you’re waiting, sowing, pruning, or reaping—there’s a word here for you. I believe God will use this series to encourage you. It will challenge you and help you lean into His timing with faith.
My prayer is that as you journey with me through these reflections, you will learn to see time not as a burden. Instead, see it as an instrument of God’s grace. It shapes you, guides you, and prepares you for your destiny.
This first post marks the beginning of a journey to discover how time serves God’s eternal purpose. We’ll explore how we can live with eternity in view while walking faithfully in the now. Over the coming months, I’ll share a series of posts. These will explore times and seasons through biblical teaching and spiritual insight. All will be under the theme Times and Seasons.
Reflective Questions
Have you ever pondered over questions like these?
- What’s the difference between time and season in my life?
- How have I seen seasons shift in my spiritual walk?
- What do “times and seasons” mean in the context of Scripture?
- Why do we need times and seasons in our lives?
- What is “time”?
- When is the “end of time”?
- What does “the end of time” really mean?
If these questions have ever crossed your mind, you won’t want to miss a single post in this series.
Opening Prayer
Lord, we thank You that our times are in Your hands. As we explore Your Word on times and seasons, give us wisdom to discern the season we are in. Grant us grace to walk in step with Your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
