A Dream, a Warning, and a Call to Resurrection

Welcome back, family!

I’m so glad you’re here today. This space is all about growing together in God’s Word. We learn how His truth shapes every part of our lives. Today, I felt led to share this message. The Holy Spirit impressed it upon my heart in prayer and reflection.

As you read, I invite you to do so prayerfully and with an open heart. Ask God how He may be speaking to you in this season.

Introduction

The days feel shorter, the noise of the world louder, and the voice of God easier to overlook. Yet Scripture reminds us that the Lord is still watching over His people. He is still knocking at the door. The Lord is still calling the Church into resurrection life. This prophetic message is a call to awaken. It encourages us to recognize the nearness of God. We must turn from fear and distraction. We need to respond to the Word of the Lord that is both coming and already among us.

A Dream

In a dream, I found myself overseeing an entire city. As I watched, the Lord showed me that He Himself oversees everything that happens within it. Nothing was hidden from Him.

Above the city there was a light, positioned at the top of what looked like a tree map. The image felt intentional and ordered, as though the city was laid out beneath God’s careful design.

(cf. Daniel 4:10–12; Psalm 127:1; Proverbs 15:3).

As I woke from the dream, the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to my heart.

The Word Is Being Shortened

The days are growing shorter, and the Word of the Lord is no longer being preached without self. The Word of the Lord is being shortened.

The eye over the tree represents love—love seen and measured through the eyes and understanding of God Himself. It is not distant or detached. God is watching over us with His love.

Yet even in His love, there is urgency.

(cf. Matthew 24:22).

A Knock the World Is Ignoring

The Angel of the Lord is coming to shorten the days of the world

He is coming in His might, but the question remains: who is ready to accompany Him to the cross?

He stands at the doorstep of this world, knocking for our attention. But the world is so consumed with life—its noise, its busyness, its pursuits—that it does not hear the knock.

He is knocking, and He is weeping, because the children of light are busy living without purpose. They are failing, and the world is winning.

(cf. Luke 9:23; Revelation 3:20; 1 John 2:15–16; Luke 19:41; Ephesians 5:8–16).

So, the question becomes personal.

Who is knocking at your door?

And to whom are you opening your door?

Near, Yet Overlooked

The love of God is near, yet many are searching for Him as though He were far away. Trust Him who gives life and makes your home with Him.

The Light of the world is in this world, yet the people of the light cannot see Him. Their ears are shut, and their eyes are closed — blind to the things of God.

(cf. Romans 10:8John 14:23; 10:10Isaiah 6:9–10).

The Call: Resurrection

This is a call to shout in the streets: the resurrection of Christ is coming to the weak and the poor in spirit.

The word to the Church in this hour is resurrection

Leave the life of fear and let God bring you into His sanctuary.

The Word of the Lord is coming.

The Word of the Lord is with us.

(cf. 2 Timothy 1:7Psalm 27:1–5; Isaiah 40:8; John 1:14; Matthew 28:20).

May we have ears to hear, eyes to see, and hearts ready to open the door.
